Ayoub Mounim

Ayoub Mounim graduated in theoretical physics from the University of Turin and obtained a PhD in Quantum Field Theory and String Theory from the Federico II University of Naples. During his academic career, he also pursued a specialization in computer science. He is an expert in several programming languages and has obtained professional certifications issued by IBM in the field of data science and machine learning. Starting in 2022, he began his research activity within the Data Lab. His primary interests are the application of field theory techniques for the formulation of effective models that describe the interactions that lead to the spread of news through social networks and the development of machine learning algorithms for automatic fact-checking implementations.
